Warm Up, our program designed to accelerate the development of new employees coming from the school environment, is celebrating its 5th anniversary!
In 2016, we launched an innovative initiative: Warm Up. Designed to accelerate the development of new employees coming from the school environment. This program aims to develop the autonomy and skills of our recruits by putting them to the test on concrete projects, from our production or service teams, while being coached by our studio experts
Five years later, we are pleased to present more than positive results: 159 people in 30 cohorts were able to cut their teeth in the world of video games thanks to Warm Up. These young talents have been able to join programming, animation, level design, test development and modeling teams.
For Cyril Meynier, project manager, the success of these five great years of discovery, collaboration and mentoring is the result of the extraordinary involvement of several teams:
