New Executives For Ubisoft Montreal’s Management Team
Ubisoft is pleased to announce the appointments of Catherine Lemyre and Leslie Quinton as Vice-President of Talent and Vice-President of Communications at its Montreal studio. These two new positions are part of a larger plan announced last July, when Ubisoft committed to overhauling the studio’s management structure to support the company’s overall growth strategy and instill a more diversified vision.

As Vice-President of Talent, Catherine Lemyre’s mandate is to put tools in place to build a talent management vision consistent with the studio’s strategic direction and decisions, as well as to drive an action plan that will encourage employee development and improve satisfaction, revitalize organizational health, and optimize the studio’s performance and future.
New Vice-President of Communications Leslie Quinton has been mandated to build internal and external communications strategies that guide and drive the studio’s culture, corporate social responsibility, employer brand, and strategic communications for the organization.
