Ubisoft Montréal celebrates Earth Week

This year, Earth Week was celebrated from April 19 to 22. In collaboration with the Green Community, the studio organized a variety of activities so that our employees can take green action at home and at the studio. There were lots of initiatives to help us protect our precious planet.

Mile-End clean-up effort

On Friday, April 22, in collaboration with Sid Lee, we invited colleagues, family, and friends to join us in a clean-up effort in the Mile End’s Champ des Possibles. It’s not too late to join. The clean up starts at 2 p.m. at the corner of Bernard East and Saint-Dominique Streets.
Let’s roll up our sleeves and work together for our beautiful city!

Ubi puts the pedal to the metal

Summer is for biking! The studio is happy to call on the pro mechanics at Voyagez Futé to give our employees’ bikes a little love. For a bargain price, our colleagues can bring in their bikes for a complete basic tune-up to get them riding safely this summer and to reduce the number of cars on the road.
Our colleagues also get a special rate with BIXI, another great reason to get in the saddle this summer.

Insertech virtual workshop: Extend the Life of Your PC

Being green can also be about technology.

Ubisoft employees were invited to learn basic hardware and software tips to improve the performance of and safely clean their personal computers in a workshop offered in collaboration with Insertech.

In addition to extending the life of their devices, they are also reducing their consumption.

Incita virtual conference: Aiming for Zero Waste

Recycling is important, reducing waste is even better.

During this conference, the cooperative Incita taught our colleagues about the zero-waste lifestyle. They also learned how to reduce their carbon footprint in an era of consumerism.

Earth Day yoga and meditation

Inhale. Exhale. Our colleagues were invited to a special Earth Day meditation and yoga session. Guided by our kinesiologists, our employees will be able to take a moment to relax, recharge, and unwind.

Thanks once again to our Green Community for spearheading these initiatives. Happy Earth Week, everyone!
