Yves Guillemot, co-founder and CEO of Ubisoft, has won a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award recognizing the Top Rated CEOs for 2019 in Canada. Ubisoft’s CEO ranks third in this prestigious list of 25 executives receiving the highest approval ratings from employees over the past year.
When submitting reviews about their company on Glassdoor, reviewers are asked to rate various factors about their employment experience, including their overall satisfaction and other workplace attributes like senior management approval.
With six studios in Canada, Ubisoft has more than 5,000 employees based in Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, Saguenay, Winnipeg and Halifax. Since its installment in the country in 1997, Ubisoft has contributed to the growth of the video game industry in Canada, which now ranks third in the world.
