More than just master bug-hunters, Development Testers (or Dev Testers, for short) are the unsung heroes of our production teams. They play a key role in making sure our games run smoothly, look great, and deliver the experience players expect.
It’s a complex, often misunderstood role that goes way beyond squashing bugs.
