For the third year running, Ubisoft has once again been recognized as one of Montreal’s top employers in the annual competition organized by Mediacorp Canada. We ranked among 69 other industry leaders offering an exceptional place to work.
Ubisoft was also named one of Canada’s top employers for young people earlier this year. We could not be prouder to receive this recognition yet again, as we are constantly striving to offer you top-notch physical facilities but also (and above all) a healthy, safe, and inspiring workplace.
According to the competition organizers, our application stood out on three fronts:
- Our MMO (Massive Multishare Ownership) plan, which allows employees to buy shares and reap the rewards of the company’s financial success.
- Our enhanced vacation and paid holiday policies that encourage employees to take time off, rest, and recharge their batteries.
- Our family-friendly employee benefits, including on-site childcare services and an enhanced parental leave that provides mothers with up to 75% of their salary for 50 weeks and fathers and adoptive parents with a top-up of between 37 and 50 weeks, depending on the employee.
